Deal, Advance, Cancellation & Returns Policy

SIAL AGRI MACHINERY deals mainly in high-value new and used agricultural machinery. Machinery transactions are not treated like ordinary small-item online purchases. Final terms are discussed and confirmed with the customer before a deal is completed.

Prices and Installments

Where available, a listing may show a separate Cash Price and Installment Price, together with advance and installment details. Installment availability and terms can differ by machine. The final agreed price, payment schedule, due dates, guarantee/security requirements and other deal conditions will be confirmed directly with the customer.

Advance Payments

Any advance payment is subject to the specific written terms agreed for that machine and deal. Customers should not send payment until the machine, price, payment method and applicable conditions have been confirmed with SIAL AGRI MACHINERY.

Inspection and Used Machinery

Condition can vary on used machinery. Customers are encouraged to review available photos/details and arrange inspection or ask questions before finalizing a purchase. A customer-submitted listing is reviewed before publication, but final inspection and deal verification remain important.

Cancellation, Return or Refund

There is no automatic 30-day return policy for machinery. Cancellation, return, exchange or refund eligibility depends on the specific machine, its condition, the stage of the transaction and the written terms agreed for that deal. Any applicable refund or adjustment will be handled according to those agreed terms and applicable law.
